About Patrick

Patrick Callahan drives the vision, strategy and overall direction for Urban Renaissance Group (URG), a full service commercial real estate company involved in investments, development, construction and management. 

Since founding URG in Seattle, Washington in 2006, Pat has guided the team in delivering four NAIOP award winning projects; 1600 Seventh, Polyclinic, 1320 Broadway and the 100+ year old Joshua Green Building, in addition to the acquisition of Touchstone, a local Seattle development firm. 

In 2016, Touchstone was named NAIOP National Developer of the Year.  URG has an operating platform of over 8 million square feet, over 160 employees and approximately $4.0 Billion of assets under management.  A 15-year veteran of Equity Office, Pat serves as a Senior Vice President from 2000 to 2006 overseeing a large region that included Seattle and Bellevue, WA; Portland, OR; and Denver, CO.  This responsibility included 18 million square feet, 114 building, more than 300 employees and over $450 Million in annual revenue.  Pat has been involved in the acquisition and development of over 35 million square feet of office assets in his career.

About Paige

Paige is an urban planner, real estate developer, and tech enthusiast.  Currently at Hines Office of Innovation she vets and implements cutting-edge hardware, software, services, design, and construction techniques.  Previous to joining Hines, she co-founded a planning and development company that built half a million square feet of mixed-use projects including 500+ units of affordable housing.  

Paige holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from MIT and a BS in Urban Planning from the University of Utah. Her research at MIT’s Real Estate Innovation Lab deals with the financial impact of autonomous vehicles on the built environment.  

When she’s not in the office or at a construction site, you can find her on a bicycle, exploring her neighborhood, or making friends with strangers.
